JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a nurse in special housing, you are responsible for health and medical care efforts with an overall care responsibility. You plan, execute, and follow up on medical measures, and collaborate closely with nursing assistants, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, unit managers, and doctors.
You will become part of an engaged team where we help each other with collegial support and contribute to an open climate. Here, you have short decision-making paths and close leadership where you receive support, influence, and opportunities to develop in your professional role.

QUALIFICATIONS
- You are a licensed nurse and feel secure in your profession
- You have a warm approach and enjoy taking responsibility
- You want to work closely with patients and colleagues in an engaged team and value good relationships with everyone in the workplace for an open and inviting work climate
- You want to contribute ideas for the development of the organization and work on continuous improvements
Experience in municipal health care is an advantage, but the most important thing is your commitment, care, and desire to create a safe and secure health care environment as well as a safe workplace. In this role, you will make assessments based on the current health status and follow up on medical treatment and care efforts. You will lead the nursing work and support patients towards a meaningful everyday life. You will be part of a cross-functional team and have close collaboration with colleagues, care staff, unit managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, doctors, and relatives.
